Sonic Drive-In in South Carolina

"Slow, and out of items...We ordered ahead on the app. And checked I when we got there. They took at least 30 minutes. I push the red button, and then they took an additional 10 minutes or to to ACKNOWLEDGE us. They didn't even respond to the "RED BUTTON." THEY JUST CAME OUTSIDE AND SAID SORRY IT TOOK LONG. I am thinking, not, a problem. Our food is fresh and they are busy. Well, NOPE, THEY RAN OUT OF THEY HAWAIIAN ROLLS (FOR THE CHICKEN CLUB) BUT FORGOT TO TELL US!!! Busy, Busy Busy Place!!! LOVE THERE FOOD. They did make it right with a nice burger for my husband!! Thank you, Sonic, for still having Happy Employees!!! Great service!!!"

"waited for almost 20 minutes at the pull in spots for someone to answer and no one ever did. online and the doors say they’re open 24 hours so idk what happened. tried calling too but no answer. i could see employees inside and everything. UPDATE: the owner called me and apologized for my experience here. offered a free meal and everything. he was obviously trying very hard to find a solution to the situation, which we love to see:) it’s not posted anywhere i could see, but the stalls close at 10pm for the safety of the employees and customers. we love an employer that takes care of their employees<3"

"Recently went on yesterday and last week. The food was fresh and hot, but Angie is the real star. Her customer service gave me a breath of fresh air that many fast food restaurants are lacking these days. Thank you, Angie! Hope you get your promotion!"

"The bacon melt slider and tots were good but they always skimp on the tots! It's only halfway full. I also had the cinnamon and sugar pretzel twist with the cream cheese frosting. Now that junt is banging!"

"I've been disappointed with their diet cherry limeaides. The last three or four visits there was absolutely no fruit. They redeemed themselves today. Who wants to pay $4+ for just soda? At least with the app is half price. The chicken tender wraps were very good."

"Great fast food and the milk shakes are phenomenal. I will go there again just for the great shake. Creamy and thick and flavourful. Unfortunately you let dogs in. One person with a big dog came in an the dog smelled from 30 - 40 feet away. Like really smelled bad. this was off putting from the food and the smell drove us out. Sonic,...., please ban animals from the inside of your restaurant!"

"In all it's a great place to dine-in if you want. The food is perfect for a fast food restaurant. It's out on time most of the time, but if you have to wait then be patient because then it would be made fresh. The service is great. Nice and kind people. All and all a great fast-food restaurant to eat at!"

"The Sonic was renovated a few years ago and it’s still very nice. There is an area outside for people to sit and dine outside. There is a big screen TV on the outdoor patio too. The drive thru line moves relatively fast. The slushee’s and milk shakes are so good. They have afternoon happy hour specials for drinks. Some family favorites are the onion rings, hot dog, and breakfast sandwiches."
